Actaully I think she did. She said she'd work in a bar or a cafe. Remember unemployment is fairly high in Germany so finding a job is not that easy.

Maybe "forced" is the wrong word. But what should we call it when the government says you can either bundle money with sex work, or no money with more leisure.
