I posted Monday that the worst damage from Katrina may be in St. Bernard Parish (east of New Orleans), and I posted Tuesday that it was very disturbing that there were no pictures from that area yet (they did come in later on Tuesday). Now here's a quote from one of the local TV news teams:
During a reading of odds and ends on WWL-TV this morning, Eric Paulson noted that St. Bernard Parish is entirely "gone.''
It brought a moment of almost stunned silence among him, Meg Farris, and Sally Ann Roberts - followed by a heavy, aubible sigh.

Please can you help me, I am looking for a family who lived in St. Bernard Parish their entire lives. Angela Lopez and her mom Miss Billy Lopez worked as principals in the school systems. Angela and i went to SLU together, her fathers name is Ronald Lopez (Ching is his nickname) do you have any idea where I can search for them? Possible someone has seen them?

Sorry Connie, no help here.
It's a shame that masses rather than individuals are how the legacy media is painting this story.
