Living Wage Irony

The United Food and Commercial Workers union has hired people to protest outside of a Wal-Mart which has stifled union organization.

I wonder what job has comparable worth to being a protester? Perhaps no job at all?

I wonder if the $6/hr. they're getting to stand outside in Las Vegas in the summer is worth it?

I wonder if they feel exploited because the union is not paying them a living wage?

I wonder if they get benefits?
