Yes, you read the title correctly.

Beautiful, hand crafted, computer cases and peripherals lovingly constructed out of renewable wood.

Most of these are beautiful, but hugely expensive. However, check out SWEDX with monitors, keyboards and mice. The latter two are actually very reasonably priced (although they appear to be wooden shells over plastic innards). Alternatively, Holz Kontor has keyboards of different woods where the keys are actually made of wood as well.
