I found an ID card from the gym that I got in 1996 or so.
I asked my wife whether I was thinner now, and she said ... yes!
Being thinner at 43 than at 32 is a good feeling. I thank Seth Roberts' Shangri-La Diet. It knocked 20 pounds of off me, and has kept it off. And frankly, I think I could go further without much effort.
As Seth says: it's not a diet, it's engineering.
FWIW: I exercised quite a bit back in 1996, enough to have just a hint of a sixpack (no really!). I'm much flabbier now - but 5 to 10 pounds lighter.
