How Much Is a Tolkien First Edition?

The vXboy asked “How much would it cost to buy a copy of The Lord of the Rings from when it was made?”

After many seconds (minutes actually) of searching, I found this.

A faux set, comprised of two second and one first impression from the first printing, in “fine” condition, can be had for $11,249.95.
