“Dong” is not tagged by GMail (running in Firefox) as a potential misspelling. This is a problem when you misspell “doing”.
It gets worse. As near as I can figure, Firefox only allows you to edit your custom dictionary of words you’ve added, but not the default dictionary that comes installed.
Perhaps they need context sensitive spell-checking … you know … dong is only acceptable if it comes right after “ding”.
An impressive share, I just given this onto a colleague who was doing just a little analysis on this. And he actually purchased me breakfast for the reason that I located it for him.. smile.
