This is the perfect time to remind everyone of John Riggins comment at formal Washington function in the mid-80s. After being seated at a table with newish Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, Riggins got loaded, and just before laying down on the floor and passing out said "Loosen up, Sandy baby".
