Lawyers have been telling us - for a long time, and since no one else will - that lawyers are useful because they help the little guy get back at big corporations. You know ... one call, that's all.
I'm not sure why we believe them; perhaps because the alternative is being helped by big government - which is a lot like not being helped at all.
