Zero Hedge is following the story (here and here) that a ship may have had the biggest “gone overboard” loss of containers ever this past weekend. Mostly posting to show this photo:
The loss from the one ship appears to be larger than the average annual loss from all ships over the last few decades.
Whoops.
That's a big loss! I feel bad for the persons responsible for this accident. As a drywall contractor, the value of those containers is definitely a huge amount.
